<lj:music>Kerry Ellis - I'm Not That Girl | Powered by Last.fm</lj:music>

Hiiii people! (All... two of you. I ♥ you all!) I did nothing today, or lately, so for my first ~new~ entry I'm gonna just fill y'all in on what's happened since I abandoned LJ. Aren't you all thrilled?!

Basically nothing happened for the longest time, and then I... graduated highschool! Two years late, HAHAHA. There was a whopping FIVE of us in Mortlach's 2008 grad class; two girls, two guys, and me. The guys so kindly pointed out that my anti-dress stance on graduation attire kind of made me half male/half female and resulted in the class having an even amount of each gender. I laughed. :D

Since then I've done next to nothing except try to get my health sorted and gather the tools necessary for starting a small graphic design company. I got so far as acquiring a 320 GB laptop, a scanner/printer with seperate cartridges for each color, and then... bought a guitar instead of a tablet. An electric guitar. A Hannah Montana one. [...] IT WAS A GOOD DEAL! D: Yeah, I know, I'm lame. So now I'm waiting on Christmas money so I can buy a tablet and maybe make t-shirt designs as a starting point. Possibly Jonas Brothers ones since, thanks to the insight provided by my sister, I know that newer JoBro fans will quite literally buy anything. IT'S A GOLD MINE WAITING TO BE... MINED!

Other than that, there's not much new. I fell in love with TV. I suppose that's interesting. It also makes for some amazing fanfic ideas that I wish I had the discipline to actually turn into stories. Clearly I'm a real go-getter.

Now, since it is nearly 4 a.m. on December 2nd, I'mma go eat my second chocolate from my advent calendar. PEACE OUT, JELLY BEANS! :DD

What do you get when you take Megan away from the internet for one week during the holidays? A tired videogame addict who now believes in ghosts. SCARY SHIT!

Ugh, anyway, I'm back from my extended Christmas holiday! (and I just found a stack of unmailed Chrissie cards in my room, OOPS. They're going out tomorrow. :x) I'm so fricking tired from not getting enough sleep so all this is will be is a picture post (IGNORE THIS TEXT!!!). I'll get around to making a real post tomorrow, as well as reading up on my f-list.

Dec 24 -- Pretty colored picture of my grandma's fake fireplace, part of the tree, part of the coffee table, some presents, and a very blurry cousin Evan.

Dec 24 -- Coffee table, presents, tree, fake fireplace.

Dec 24 -- Evan's legs and lap, my sockified foot, camera case, fireplace, etc. etc.

Dec 24 -- Evan's kitten, Houdini, playing on the carpet with some ribbon and string.

Dec 25 -- Evan posing with the snowman we built.

Dec 25 -- And again. XD

Dec 25 -- And since he insisted on taking my picture as well...

Dec 25 -- Twice... :/ I look so pissed off but I'm squinting because the setting sun was in my eyes. That doesn't excuse my fugliness though, I APOLOGIZE FOR ANY BLINDNESS THESE MAY HAVE CAUSED!

Dec 26/Boxing Day -- We were dragged across country to visit my other (ew) grandparents so Melvin and I made the most of it by taking this picture of her and my grandpa's arse. :|

Dec 28 -- Back at the well liked grandmother's house, we made the gingerbread house that we kept putting off. The gingy man in the red gumdrop fez is George Washington, a well liked member of the Shriners of North America. LMAO, GUESS WHO MADE HIM! GO ON, GUESS!

Dec 28 -- A slightly aerial view of the gingerbread yard, complete with sprinkle walkway, gumdrop shingles, sweettart lined eaves troughs and windows lovingly smeared on by Melvin's icing covered fingers.

Dec 28 -- A close up of George with his friend Goyieldstop Sprinklehead outside their home. I think they're gay, but ya know, whatever. They were pretty mum on the subject, or any subject for that matter. Come to think of it I don't think they saida single word. Boo. :(

Dec 29 -- Hoar frost on trees outside my grandma's place in the morning. Don't ask about the angle, I have no idea WTF is up with it because my mom took the picture. It's pretty though, the sky was actually that blue too, I didn't edit it other than shrinking the image. :o

And then the camera died. :/ Right then, real entry tomorrow... or later. :D
